Scheduling Your Appointment - In order to reserve a specific day of the week, or specific time of day, it is recommended that you call 2 weeks in advance to schedule your appointment.
Arrival - It is recommended that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to relax, and let us attend to you before your service starts. Our beautiful, quiet and tranquil environment is just what you need to begin to unwind. If you are new to Erika's, it will give ample time for you to ask any questions you may have, and fill out a simple client information form.
Cancellation Policy - We request that you try to give a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation. Our answering machine will gladly take your message if we are not available to take your call.
Quiet Policy - For the respect of all guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone, and refrain from using it while at the spa. Although Erika's is family oriented, we respectfully ask that you leave your children at home so you can fully enjoy your spa experience.
Referral Program - We thank you generously every time you send us a new face. For every new client that gives us your name as a referral, we offer you $10 off your next spa visit. Only one discount allowed per visit, but we do not limit you on referrals. We will "Thank You" in our special way every time!
Gift Certificate Policy - Please present any gift certificate at check-in if you are using it for payment. We will accept gift certificates with a 2016, or 2017 expiration date.
Discount Card Policy - You must present the card at check-in if you are using it for payment.
Product Returns - You must present the product and receipt within 30 days for any product return.
Gratuities- We sincerely hope that you enjoy your visit at our spa, and any gratuity is totally optional. It should be a reflection of your satisfaction with the technician who performed your service(s).
